Venustech Passed Certification of Information Security Risks Assessment Qualification in First Batch
On June 10, ISCCC held first batch of information security risks assessment service qualification certification awarding conference, presenting the first and second-level qualification certificates to 18 institutions engaged in risks assessment including Venustech.
This was the China’s first service qualification certification in the field of information security risks assessment. Presenting of information security risks assessment service qualification certificates shows an important progress made by Chinese information security service qualification assessment system, which will play an important role in building of China’s information security system.
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s information technology, reliance of governmental departments and institutions on information system has been increasingly enhanced and information security risks management has attracted wide attention. At present, risks assessment has become the most basic service among various information security services.
Information security risks assessment applies scientific methods and approaches from perspective of risks management to systematically analyze challenges and existing bugs facing internet and information system, assess hazard level in case of occurrence of security incidences and put forward targeted protection countermeasures and rectification measures to resist risks. Its effectiveness in preventing and resolving information security risks has won high recognition of various countries.
